Recently, as of this spring, I decided to take my training to the next level and really start to push myself. After years of wavering on the subject, I finally decided that I'm ready to walk on stage and enter into my first fitness competition. As a result I have increase the intensity and frequency of my workouts in order to put on size before I start prepping this winter. Thank goodness I have FitMyFoot to get me through the increased work load. The cushioned heel and custom arch support keep my feet, knees, hips, and back aligned as I go through my routine – this is especially important when working on my legs.
