FitMyFoot currently ships to USA, Canada & the United Kingdom.

Due to the current supply chain border processing issue, shipping times to Canada and the United Kingdom may be longer than expected. 

FitMyFoot is not responsible for duties charged when shipping to the United Kingdom.

FitMyFoot is not responsible for extra shipping costs if delivery is unsuccessful due to customer error. Extra fees may be charged to resend order.

Because we make all products on-demand just for you, delivery timelines may be impacted during holiday and high-demand periods. We are working hard to expand capacity to meet demand and appreciate your patience as we grow.

Multi-unit orders can expect products to be shipped individually.

Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your insoles or sandals, we are happy to honor returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Send an email to care@fitmyfoot.com with your order number and we'll provide you with a return merchandise authorization form.

Promotional items are subject to exclusion from the return policy.
