How do I redeem my gift card code I purchased at Costco?

Gift cards can be redeemed at any time at checkout through FitMyFoot.com. On your voucher, scratch off to reveal the code.
How do I purchase for someone else?

Due to the personalized nature of our product, it’s very important that each person have their own email associated with their own foot photos. Therefore we recommend that if you're buying for someone else, you purchase a gift card so that they can personalize their footwear and take their own foot measurements.
Does FitMyFoot accept HSA and FSA cards?

Yes, only our Insoles are HSA and FSA approved. Select the payment option "FLEX" at checkout.
When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your custom-made footwear within 14 days. Since each pair is made to order, delivery times may vary slightly based on demand. (UK and Canada delivery times range between 14-20 days)
What is your return policy?

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. However, if you experience any issues with your order, our Customer Care team is here to help. We’re committed to your satisfaction and can make adjustments to ensure your footwear meets your expectations.
