Our custom-made products are personalized to fit your specific needs. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our footwear products, and we are here to address any concerns or issues you may have with your order. Gift Cards are final sale.
If you purchased a product gift card at Costco, you may return it to Costco as long as the code remains unscratched and unused. If the gift card code has been redeemed, please reach out to our customer care team at care@fitmyfoot.com for assistance.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@fitmyfoot.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
