I wanted to love these

I really wanted to love these sandals. I’ve had my eye on them for almost a year. I have neuromas in both feet which are becoming unbearable. I hoped these sandals would help to relieve pain in my feet. The ordering process and wait time were painful all in their own way. Once I finally received them, I was very disappointed in how uncomfortable they are. They are quite pricey (even at the 50% off rate!) to be non-refundable and will probably sit in my closet. I don’t see how they are “custom fit”. They don’t feel like they are designed to fit my foot. I realize they are “arch support sandals” but I find the arch is so high it puts pressure on my arch which causes a different foot pain. It feels like it is putting more pressure on the neuromas. I can barely wear the sandals for 15-30 minutes at a time. I took them to a wedding with me and planned to switch to these sandals for the reception. It was more comfortable to be barefoot than to wear these sandals and barefoot is not comfortable for me at all. I have been very disappointed with the whole process from the ordering to the receiving & wearing. Maybe I am missing something as the other reviews say how comfortable they are and how much others love them? Maybe I just need to push through and try and wear them more? My husband and I both purchased a pair at the end of January and my husband is still waiting to receive his almost 2 months later so he can't even give me a comparison.

Good quality sandal

This is my second pair of orthotic candles first pair I’m thinking 4 years ago and still in good shape.. it’s great having a solid arch support in a flip sandal.
