FitMyfoot is not responsible for duties charged when shipping to the United Kingdom.

Because we make all products on-demand just for you, delivery timelines may be impacted during holiday and high-demand periods. We are working hard to expand capacity to meet demand and appreciate your patience as we grow. 

Multi unit orders can expect products to be shipped individually.

Limited edition and promotional products are subject to varying shipping charges and delivery timelines.  


If you're not 100% happy with your insoles or sandals, we are happy to honor returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Send an email to with your order number and we'll provide you with a return merchandise authorization form.

Promotional items are subject to exclusion from the return policy.
