Sandals are too big

FMF recommended Size 9 for Woman's Sandals. They are about 3/4" to 1" too long. Heel bed allows my heel to "flop around". Straps dig into my skin. Not comfortable at all. To top it off, the orthotics are white. They are obvious (stands out) and sticks out from the sandal. Can't push them in to make it less obvious. The picture on the web, which the blue toenails, does not show that. Else I would not have ordered it. I'm NOT happy with this expensive purchase. On top of the fact it took almost a month to get to me!

Worse than off-the-shelf insoles

I tried out these custom-fit insoles, thinking they'd be worth the price in being much better than the regular cheap insoles I get on a periodic basis... Boy was I wrong! Ever since I'm using them I've been having plantar fasciitis issues about 80% of the time the next day. Wish I could get my money back.
