Sizing & Fit
Each pair of FitMyFoot insoles is custom 3D-printed to match the exact arch of each foot—down to the millimeter. While the arch support is uniquely tailored to you, the insole is crafted to fit standard shoe sizes and may require light trimming to fit perfectly into your preferred footwear.

Our custom-made products are personalized to fit your specific needs. Due to the customized nature of our insoles, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. However, if you experience any issues with your order, our Customer Care team is here to help. Full Length vs 3/4 Length
Full-Length Insoles – Run the entire length of your shoe, from heel to toe. They replace or cover your shoe’s existing insole completely. Best for athletic shoes, walking shoes, work boots, and any footwear with enough removable depth to fit them without making the shoe too tight.
¾-Length Insoles – Stop just behind the ball of the foot. They don’t extend under the toes, leaving the shoe’s original stock insert exposed. Ideal for dress shoes, heels, flats, or any tighter-fitting shoe where space in the toe box is limited.

How do I purchase for someone else?
Due to the personalized nature of our product, it’s very important that each person have their own email associated with their own foot photos. Therefore we recommend that if you're buying for someone else, you purchase a gift card so that they can personalize their footwear and take their own foot measurements.
Does FitMyFoot accept HSA and FSA cards?
Yes, only our Insoles are HSA and FSA approved. Select the payment option "FLEX" at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your custom-made footwear within 14 days. Since each pair is made to order, delivery times may vary slightly based on demand. (UK and Canada delivery times range between 14-20 days)
