Each pair of FitMyFoot sandals is custom 3D-printed to match the exact arch of each foot—down to the millimeter. While the arch support is uniquely tailored to you, the sandal width is crafted to standard shoe sizes.

Our custom-made products are personalized to fit your specific needs. Due to the customized nature of our sandals, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. How do I redeem my gift card code I purchased at Costco?
Gift cards can be redeemed at any time at check-out. On your voucher, scratch off to reveal the code.
How do I purchase for someone else?
Due to the personalized nature of our product, it’s very important that each person have their own email associated with their own foot photos. Therefore we recommend that if you're buying for someone else, you purchase a gift card so that they can personalize their footwear and take their own foot measurements.
Does FitMyFoot accept HSA and FSA cards?
Yes, only our Insoles are HSA and FSA approved. Select the payment option "FLEX" at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your custom-made footwear within 14 days. Since each pair is made to order, delivery times may vary slightly based on demand. (UK and Canada delivery times range between 14-20 days)
