You don’t need to be tech-savvy or worry about getting it wrong — this is exactly what the session is for.
What Will Happen During Your Session
During your live help session, your FitMyFoot expert will:
- Walk you through each step of the foot scan
- Help you position your foot, paper, and phone correctly
- Fix lighting, camera angle, or framing issues
- Answer questions as you go
- Confirm your scan is accurate before you submit it
Most sessions take 10-20 minutes.
What You’ll Need (Please Have Ready)
To make the session quick and easy, please prepare:
- A smartphone with a working camera and speaker phone compatibilities
- One sheet of white paper (8.5×11" or A4)
- Your feet! (socks or no socks)
- A well-lit area (natural light is best)
- A few minutes of uninterrupted time
That’s it — no special equipment required.
Before Your Session Starts
- Make sure your phone is charged
- Have the piece of paper ready to go
- Clean your camera lens
- Join the session from the same device you’ll use to scan your feet
If something isn’t perfect, don’t worry — we’ll adjust it together.
