The product is worthwhile just don’t expect any sort of communication from the company regarding the order or any questions. Eventually the product arrives and then one is asked for a review

These insoles are great! I spend a lot of time on my feet. I able to do so more comfortably with these insoles. They are great!
Other sandals didn’t work for me. My lower back didn’t have enough support and I’d feel the back pain. These are the only sandals that support my back so i can wear them all day, everyday.
I initially backed FitMyFoot as a crowdfunding campaign, and still enjoy custom insoles. They're more comfortable than the custom orthotic insoles I was prescribed! They do wear out over time (I wear them daily); and order new sets to replace them. Highly Recommended to anyone on their feet a lot!

I bought inserts a few years ago and really liked them, so I decided to try again. So far, so good. These seem as good as the ones I bought previously. They're a little higher profile than the old ones, and my main complaint is that they took a solid month to arrive. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with them.
I have several pairs of Comfort Plus insoles and have found them to be just as effective as the very expensive ones that I have gotten through my doctors.
The ordering process was not so good, however. The IOS app would not work for me as I was forced to use my FaceBook login which then did not work. I contacted FitMyFoot customer service and was able to complete my order on the phone with them with a pleasant and helpful staffer. However, my request to change my login to email rather than FaceBook seems. To have bogged down and I have not heard from them with a correction.
The FitMyFoot products are very good and I recommend them.

I can wear sliders again! For years I have had painful feet after wearing normal sliders saw these at the vegas expo and thought I would take a take a chance and I am soooo glad I did.
Took a while for them to be made & arrive from the US but their Customer Service were great at keeping me up to date and checked that they arrived safely.

I first purchased these flip flops because I suffered from knee problems after having knee surgery. The higher foot bed -in the fitted sandal- became my “go to” summer footwear. I love the insoles- this is my third pair from here. I was disappointed that there is so few Color’s/designs to choose from. Last time I bought them there were some really fun options. Also they took a really long time to arrive - would definitely give a perfect rating if the shipping time was improved 😊

I’ve ordered and received my second pair of insoles from this company. I am a farmer and buy muck boots with removable insoles and put in my pretty ones from FitMyFoot. It makes so much difference for my legs. Co f means the gardens get done and at the end of the day, off come shoes and my feet ground to the earth. Still thrilled after 3 years that my friend recommended you guys!
